Proven Winners ‘Spilled Wine’ Weigela
Spilled Wine® weigela has fabulous deep purple foliage and bright pink flowers. This useful plant grows wider than tall, making it the perfect choice for edging beds or walkways and for incorporating under windows in your landscaping.
